Summary

When attempting to upload some gifs, the upload bar fills, but the POST button, no matter how many times its pushed, will not post.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the upload feature on a status post to upload a gif
2. After the green upload progress indicator is fully illuminated; attempt to use the POST button
