The audit trail underpinning the conditions isn't something that would be published on social media. I imagine it would be available as part of any subsequent hearing. The news site details all the key information that needs to be in the public domain.

The wording on the media release is, as you'd expect, a direct reflection of the wording on the audit trail. The decision re release of any documents isn't one I can make at this time hence the advice to utilise the FOIA process
