Summary

When logging into the app from cold storage, it hangs on the load screen and does not open.

Close app out of memory (restart device) and open the app (it doesn't happen every time but has been confirmed by multiple admins)

Load screen locks on lighbulb

App should load as normal

Struggling the reproduce this, going to put a bit of time into trying to because it is important, and my phone (S7 edge) SHOULD have the same bug as @ian and @Quitejane.

Spend another 20 minutes trying to do this earlier on repeat whilst in a meeting, still not able to replicate.

I cant replicate it on command either. Seems almost random.

Make sure the app is closed out of memory and give it 15 minutes or so. I just opened the new app version and it happened again.

Just happened to me, again, this morning.

@msantang78 has made some changes that should make this easier to debug in upcoming versions (including the RCs). I expect that we'll be able to find the issue soon enough.

Basically, in the settings at the bottom, there'll be a button that you can click on to see the latest logs from the app. If the error occurs and you go there, you should, in theory, see the error that has occurred. Unsure of a timeframe but take a look when you next get a release candidate.

I believe this is no longer occurring. Please re-open if it is.
