Summary

All options within the e-mail settings page have been removed (with the exception of the disabled "save" button). This means that users can not update e-mail information or select which notification types will be sent to their e-mail accounts (as was previously provided)

What is the expected correct behavior?

As was provided previously, users should be able to select what type of notifications are sent to their mail address and also be able to have the abilty to change the information of their preferred e-mail address.

If e-mail notifications are no longer being provided then this page should be inaccessible (as a means of reducing user confusion, as well as to produce a cleaner and more effective user experience).
