    Today some people have thrown stones at Russian and Turkish armored vehicle during the joint Turkish-Russian patrol east of Ayn al Arab. Stones aren't an issue, but what if it its a RPG or an IED next time?! The Russians capacity isn't enough. Only Turkey can enforce security.
