Summary

Defaulted NSFW settings not picked up without clicking and unclicking the option.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a post with NSFW all checked.
2. Navigate over to wallet.
3. Make a new post (the NSFW selector is blue and shows as selected).
4. Observe no NSFW tagging.

The component does not register the already loaded values.

If those are already selected, they must be taken into account when posting.
