      元文書は国立公文書館『アーカイブズ』http://www.archives.go.jp/publication/archives/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/acv_14_p46.pdf … しかも文書の内容は日本の公文書管理の「遅れ」に対して韓国のアーキビスト養成などの取り組みの紹介。mituzoさんが引用した事態を受け、民主化のなかで政府の文書記録管理の法整備が進められた。まさに日本の文書廃棄と好対照だ。

      ekesete1さんの「例示」は直近の事態。他国の類例を示すなら同時代のものか、あるいは当時と現在の同一性を前提しないと意味がない。また、元文書の趣旨を無視する引用は端的に不適切。

      日本の公文書管理は遅れている、という話ならそうだろうねと思うが、日本は隠蔽が多く他国ではそんな話は聞かない、というから、他国でも同じような事例はあるんだが、何を持って隠蔽が多いと言ってるのか訊いているんじゃないのかな？

      イラク日報問題、森友文書改竄問題、毎勤統計不正問題で防衛省、財務省、厚労省の組織的隠蔽が疑われ公文書管理の徹底が議論されているさなかに、新たに短期間文書廃棄と記録不作成が行われていることをもって隠蔽といわれている。韓国の例はどのような点で類似とみなせるのか？

      首相と省庁幹部の面談記録「不存在」～ https://mainichi.jp/articles/20190413/k00/00m/010/162000c … については隠蔽などという上等なものではないと思うんですよね…記事を見たら、官邸は省庁側で記録管理すべきと思っていて（省に文書管理者等置く筈ガイドライン有）、でも省庁に確認したらどの府省も議事録保有をしてなかったという…
