I'm sure you're all aware than immigration from low IQ countries is vital, but this isn't enough for populations to improve over time.
The key, obviously, is to ensure that above-average couples have 3+ children, while below average couples and single mothers have 0-1.
The welfare state is hugely dysgenic, as it provides the least capable and responsible with the resources to have more children, while taking money from the capable, who feel that it is too expensive to raise children to a decent quality of life.
What can we do about this? Lowering taxes and welfare is obvious, but there are surely more avenues to explore. Forced sterilization is legal in some states as I understand it, but voluntary programs could be more workable. For example, in India, the government will pay anyone to get sterilized, but it's only the poorest and addicts etc who are tempted, which is fine as they shouldn't be having children anyway. Perhaps a charity could offer $100 or so in the states. I don't know how much the procedure itself would cost, but I could see this making a big difference in the long run. Free abortions also help, so don't be too hard on PP funding.
Any other bright ideas on the topic? We must focus on realistic and palatable ideas to start with, as eugenics has VERY bad reputation currently. So highlighting 'fairness' or benefits to the potential parents instead of genetics could be easier that redpilling the general population on genetics.
