      エビデンスは「基礎理論」も含みます。あなたが勉強された基礎理論の教科書で、揚水が「負荷上昇による周波数低下を防ぐのが主目的」と明示的に書いてあるものをご提示下さい。もちろん、揚水の機能の一つにが周波数低下を防ぐことも含まれることは承知してますが、特に「主目的」であるかが問題です。

      別に問い詰めてるわけではありませんのでご安心を…(笑)。単純に断定調で主張されるその言説のオリジナルがいつどこから来たのかを知りたいだけです。もしかしたらホントにそう書いてある本もあるかもしれませんし、そうだとしたらその本がどのような意図や経緯で書かれたか単純に気になります。

      そうでしたか、仮説なので安心を 揚水発電所は官邸も同様に「夜貯めて昼の負荷上昇に対応する」と説明してますね そして需要と供給のアンバラで周波数が変動するのは公然の事実 そうであれば、揚水発電所の負荷即応性も踏まえると供給過多用ではなく需要急増用の設備とになぜ推察されないのですか？

          これについては逆に私が答えてほしいくらいです。 先に持論を言っておくと、位置エネルギーとして貯めることが主目的ではないと思います なぜなら使いたいタイミングと量があるから設備を作って貯めるわけで、その（主な）吐き出し先は需要ピーク対応と周波数（負荷）変動対応と私は推察しています
