      今後再エネ大量導入に伴い可変速揚水の活躍に期待したいところなので後半の部分の周波数制御に着目されるのは悪くありませんが、上記の文脈(「また…」「も担っている」)からこれを「主目的」だと自論展開されるのは無理があります(他の文献でも同様)。前半部分の知識は知らなかったということかな？

      断定したのは誤りですが、記述の見当たらない主目的を設定するなら安田さんは何だと考えますか？ これは私が一貫して訪ねていることですが 停止状態であっても起動の早さから「待機予備力」ではなく運転予備力に分類される以上、負荷の急増に対応する為に設置するという推察は的はずれでしょうか？
