Boris now needs to visit Buckingham Palace - and FORMALLY advise Her Majesty to convene the Privy Council - with the view to dissolving the current Parliament. This option is the nuclear one. But it IS available to gov't

The only realistic option the PM has in that scenario is to collapse the Government and ask Brenda to invite the good Comrade to the Palace to form a government - he has 14 days to do so or it’s a GE. The EU wants Boris to do this. It wants to install its puppet government

Boris won the QS, has a programme he can bring forward, a Brexit bill he can bring forward and a budget that he has now pulled. Going on strike smacks of being a massive own goal so must be Cummings idea.

Sadly a significant portion of the population appears to respond to Johnson and co’s lies and game-playing. They could get Brexit over the line with some compromise without a GE, or by calling another referendum and trusting that people will vote for their deal, but they won’t
