DSi shop shut down in 2017, you're not going to be able to set up a freeshop-like application without it.

freeShop used user-provided title keys to download files directly from Nintendo's CDN. You could simply show the servers a Nintendo-signed key and they'd let you in. Given that the DSi Shop shut down in 2017, it's most-likely not possible to download DSiWare titles from the CDN now, which means that a freeShop-like application is impossible.

And what version of Windows is that..?

Okay, explain why it looks like Windows 95.

With freeShop, you used user-provided title keys to download directly from Nintendo. This made it a sort of legal gray area, because you could only use keys that you, the user, provided, meaning you could only download games that you own. Nintendo couldn't take it down because there was nothing really illegal that the application itself did. The illegal part was caused by the title key files that people were distributing online. You could use these keys to download any title from Nintendo, regardless of if you owned it or not. Essentially, you were pirating directly from the source. freeShop was simply a frontend for the downloads, all access to the titles was enabled by the usage of your or someone else's title keys.
TL;DR: freeShop itself was not illegal and didn't enable piracy. The freely-distributed title keys, on the other hand, were illegal and did enable piracy.
The application you're proposing directly enables piracy from an unauthorized source. It's illegal, it's nothing like freeShop, and Nintendo can take it down.

Reading over the error, the issue you're experiencing is most-likely an issue with your Internet connection. If the computer is already connected to the Internet, try disconnecting and then reconnecting, then try installing again. If the computer is not connected to the Internet, connect it and then try installing again. To my knowledge, no offline installer for devkitPro toolchains exists.

afaik, there is a way to install DSi games on a DSi with TWLnf, but the CIA needs to be extracted and it also need the .sav files, so when i finish it i will give the extractred CIA and the .sav files...

Isn't installing onto your NAND via TWLnf, like, extremely dangerous?

i saw this video and as i see, he install the DSiWare onto the NAND with TWLnf, but he needed the .app and .sav, so i will get the sav and app file, then i will upload how to install it and how to download DSiWare from it

Considering Nintendo thought of doing that for you via the DSi Shop (as well as allowing developers to do that locally without any oversight)... not really

Or, said in another way: computers do what they are told to do, if your brother/cousin/dog/etc (but never the complainer) """accidentally""" presses the wrong buttons it's not the computer's fault

I meant TWLnf alone. Or is that only for flashing an entire NAND?

A sector/block/file/flashimage/whatever write is sector/block/whatever write, it doesn't matter how you do it (barring the chance of bugs in that program/method)

There's been quite a bit of (more or less deliberate) misinformation in the DSi scene, like the fact of "old fwtool's nand restore not having been really tested" being twisted into "inherently dangerous", or that for some reason all DSi nands are supposed to have extremely low write endurance compared to other contemporary flash memory products...

Here's one i can answer. I made a Homebrew App for the DSi called FREESHOPi. It's Freeshop for the DSi, but it hasn't got a GUI yet. It runs off TMFH (Title Manager for HiyaCFW), but it connects wirelessly to my server, packed with tons of DSiWare roms. I Cant send a link though, I'm thinking about posting it here when its complete, with a GUI. As you can see in the Image Below, it runs on TWiLightMenu++, and installs the DSiWare to the HiyaCFW DSiMenu. freeshopi.
