    徳井さんは、「所得税を引かれた金額が吉本から振り込まれている。」と聞いたらしいです。なので3年前まで重課税していた認識で、領収書は個人的な物を含め税理士に丸投げして判断して貰う「還付金を返金して貰うだけ」という税金認識だったようです。

        私の知り合いの税理士は年間30万ポッキリで申告まで全部やってくれます。 もちろん法人の規模にもよりますけど丸投げすりゃいい話。 法人化して節税なら税理士が入りますよね。

        ですね。が、徳井氏は税理士と顧問契約しておらず、年間その都度 領収書を渡して「やって！」としていた様です。還付金が返ってくる否だけの認識で所得税は支払済の認識だったようです。本人がいう「認識の甘さ」がそれですね。税理士との顧問代をケチった代償かと思います。
