    The details of the Turkish-Russian agreement on Syria. Importantly, the two sides affirm the Adana Agreement with Damascus in the 1990s, permitting Turkey to indefinitely operate inside Syria against the Kurds near its borders. The two agreed to fight terrorists & separatists

    Erdogan got half of what he wanted from Putin today. He secured a 30 km deep zone that is off limits to the YPG- But he wanted to stretch for the entire border from Euphrates to the Iraqi border to be able to send back millions of refugees- he did not get that.
