Deleted artifacts and blog issue on pro site

I posted a blog on eggman with the following banner. When the blog finally published (slowly) the blog posted without the banner visible.

I then went to minds.com and posted a blog with a different thumbnail and it worked fine.

I then went to the pro site and the attached images are the artifact I saw that I cannot get rid of. Is it cached on my end? Should clear faster
