doggiesayswoof Fri 20-Feb-09 10:02:27 Dunno what the "Extra Strength" bit means but yes Tylenol is just paracetamol.
LibrasJusticeLeagueofBiscuits Fri 20-Feb-09 10:05:31 Acetaminophen
Regular Strength TYLENOL* contains 325 mg of acetaminophen and Extra Strength TYLENOL* contains 500 mg of acetaminophen.
MrsBadger Fri 20-Feb-09 10:13:40 500mg paracetamol
look for 'Anadin' if you're in a corner shop or somewehere and can't get the unbranded stuff (which is always much cheaper)
LibrasJusticeLeagueofBiscuits Fri 20-Feb-09 10:18:08 Yes as MrsBadger says always go for unbranded if you can, contains exactly the same ingrediants for pence rather than pounds.
lou031205 Fri 20-Feb-09 10:27:47 American extra strength is equivilant to British bog standard paracetamol, which you can get for £0.23 per pack at Asda, for example.
