(bug): user did not receive points for jury duty

What is the current bug behavior?
Users are seemingly not being credited.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Users should be credited - if there is a reason behind them not being, they should be alerted to it.

Developer@markeharding can you check this? I got connected to read-only prod ES but I don't think this is queryable through ES?
