        わずか1日で満水になるダムは役立たず理論だと今回ほとんどのダムは役立たずだったわけですが。 あとは根本的に7年間の自民党政権で云々言うなら僅か3年ほどの期間で大津波や1.6万人の死者か出た災害が起こったことについては民主党を叩いていいんですね？

        しかも八ッ場はまだ満水にする試験もしてないところで安全確認も無く突然満水。これで瑕疵があって破堤・決壊していたら下流がどんな惨事になっていたか。
