      前に毎日新聞からの取材があったがその後取材があったか、と聞かれただけ。通告項目だけで質問内容がわからないと、こういうくだらないことまで、答弁側は手持ち資料を作ることもある。だから通告期限までに通告者はきちんと説明すべきなんだ。野党も政権担当したからわかっているはずだが

      通告項目は事前公表すべきもの。質問件侵害とかガタガタいう国民民主は隠蔽遅刻体質なんだろう。事前公表させると、国民民主の通告時間が遅いのがバレるからな。この際事前公表させて通告期限を破るヤツを晒したほうがいい。それに国民にとっても事前公表のほうがいい

      森ゆうこ議員は、通告遅れをしていないの一点張りだが、だったら、事前通告公表は問題なく受け入れるよな。これは国民にとってもいいぞ。官僚側から見ても通告期限破りが白日の下に晒されていい。事前通告公表を拒むのは通告期限破りや通告外質問の常習犯なので、森議員は賛成でしょうね

      国会質問通告。①項目のみ、②要旨、③質問文という３レベルがある。森議員は①で漠然としたものだったのだろう。役所は①だと多大な作業が必要になる。そこでオレのところにも連絡したのだろう。これで通告遅れがあると、しかも台風の前だと切れるだろうな
