If Pro, link to Pro console in settings

The current access point is not ideal on the channel and totally buried. Pro settings should be linked on the pro page too if you are pro.

Realistically we need to revamp the full site navigation because the dropdown is out of hand now. @jotto141 let's finalize navigation mockup tomorrow
