  2. Cease-fires are made to be broken. But Trump has put Turkey in a no lose situation. If Kurdish fighters don't leave they will be blamed for breaking it; and if they do they'll be accused of abandoning their people. Meanwhile no sanctions either way.

  5. I just realized something. The ceasefire will last 120 hours = 5 days. Erdogan will be meeting Putin in Sochi on October 22nd = 5 days from now. Putin will decide which way it all goes...

  8. Sounds like we may have made real progress regarding a cease-fire and hopefully a sustainable solution that will prevent the reemergence of ISIS and the abandonment of our ally, the Kurds.
