If your old windows was installed on that HDD, you should be able to look at it in Disk Management and delete any small partitions, and expand the main one if you want. Then just delete the program/system folders and anything that isn't useful to you any more.

12.5MiB/s is theoretical, a little less in practice is expected. ~11MiB/s is common for 100Mb/s connections
this might indicate that it's running at 100Mb/s, but there are other factors besides the cable here, namely;
1. does the NAS have a gigabit port (and are you using it)
2. does the router have a gigabit port (and are you using it)
3. does your wifi connection alone exceed 100Mb/s?
the entire transfer can only run as fast as the Weakest Link(tm)

It's the only specification I could find on the router's ports. It's a Air:Link 5000AC. I doubt the ports are less than 1 gigabit.

Is running two robocopy tasks concurrently with MT:4 each the same as running one with MT:8, as far as I/O load goes?

I know of workarounds like making a quick batch file with one robocopy command for each folder you intend to copy, or moving them into a different directory prior to copying, but curious if there's an easier way to specify multiple directories to be moved to a single destination.

How do I figure out what's fucking with my internet?
I have one of those Comcast Xfinity modem/router things (don't know what brand/model #) And my internet will cut out intermittently. But I won't disconnect. I'll be on teamspeak and steam, but instead of it kicking me off, it just won't send any signal through.

Is there some sort of cmd prompt hax that I can do to see what's going on?

as for internet speeds, either one won't affect it if you you're internet connection is less than 100Mb/s both directions (ethernet is full duplex, meaning a 100Mb/s connection can do 100Mb/s download and 100Mb/s upload at the same time)

In any case, my only big worry is that it could be a motherboard dying out too. It is a sabertooth x58 and while great in 2010, it is showing its flaws in 2017. I really hope this motherboard isn't the one crapping out. I'm hoping it's a variety of problems caused by a CPU that's crapping out and bad drivers on my Win7 installation that is completely fucked (for some reason I cannot install anything but a graphics driver, any other nvidia drivers I attempt to install fail and there are a load of registry problems that are unfixable).

I would just install a new OS but for some reason the motherboard isn't supporting my USB isos and the CD/DVD drive isn't working even though it's plugged in and powers.
