This new deal takes back control. Under the previous negotiation, Brussels maintained ultimate control and could have forced Britain to accept EU laws and taxes for ever.

You’re playing games. You cannot count those who were eligible but did not vote as being somehow against leaving, which is what you’re implying. Of those who did vote, the majority wanted out.

They always do this basically clutching at straws, going by that count, less than 37% wanted to remain. They don't get that though
