README.md links to oss.minds.com, oss.minds.com has a certificate error, doesn't redirect to https

Might be better to break this out into separate issues:

  1. README.md has a link with text "View these docs at https://developers.minds.com/." which actually links to https://oss.minds.com (just a bit misleading, but not critical as they are the same site)

  2. oss.minds.com has a certificate error similar to minds/minds#835 (also doesn't redirect to https)
