    Erdogan says in press conference he has no issue with Assad’s forces taking over Minbij as long as its cleared from Kurdish militants. Anyone praising Turkey on military confrontation with the Syrian regime is hallucinating. Turkey will eventually hand it all over to Assad

    With 8 years of chaos and a complicated set of situations its certainly not an easy task taking a solid stance on Syria, having said that one equation should be crystal clear; anyone defending Erdogan’s invasion and offensive on Syrians is just as fucked up as an Assad apologist.

    Apart from the invitation to invade Syria what seems to have gone unnoticed in this statement is the irony of entrusting Erdogan with the responsibility of captured ISIS fighters, Erdogan: the very man who gave ISIS access to N-Syria in the first place through his own border.

    Religious governance is a sign of a societies incompetence. Leave those spiritual beliefs at home then engage in politics that will decide the future of a country, Secularism isn’t witchcraft. Lets hope thats the lesson that was taken by Iraqi’s seen here burning an Iranian flag.

    Frankly I find it quite pathetic that the Muslim world has not yet produced a voice of reason or an effective movement that rejects self-labelling such as “Sunni” or “Shiite”, when it is this very segregation that continues to fuck the middle east & invite foreign meddling.
