    スーパー堤防、そもそも「街を一旦ぶっ壊して盛り土してまた新しく街を造りましょう」などという都市計画が本当に現実味があると思っているのだろうか。「シムシティ」や「A列車で行こう」か何かのやり過ぎではないか。

        ハード面の防災対策をいうのなら、老朽化した水道管の交換・電線の地下埋設などのインフラ整備が最優先だろう。そういうことに予算を割かず、いきなりスーパー堤防とかダムとかの大型公共事業の話になるから共産党は批判しているのである。

        災害大国日本においては、「ハードでキッチリ防災する」のは無理である、というのが私の考えである。東日本大震災の際も、地元が誇る大型堤防を嘲笑うかのごとく、津波が易々と飲み込んでいったことは記憶に新しい。アナウンス・ハザードマップ・防災教育といったソフト面に、予算を割くべきである。

        スーパー堤防、つまり盛り土の上に街を作ろうものなら、地震大国日本は毎年のように液状化であの街が傾きこの街が傾きってなって手におえなくなるっていうところまで想像できてる人がどのくらいいるんでしょうかね。。。

        わからなくはないですが防災の教育をして命が助かっても家を失なって路頭迷うことになりそうなのでやはり立ち退きは乱暴ですがその地域には住まないのがいいと思います、そうなると江戸川区とかはなくなりそうですが難しいですね
