        阿武隈川は15ダムあっても(ry 仁淀川も4～5ダムあるけど洪水が常態化してる。 八ッ場ダムのピーク抑制率は8%程だそうで、いま利根川は氾濫危険水位へ。 長野なんか地系的に洪水は起こり易いよ。 ダムの効果も無いとは言わないものの、反対＝氾濫の原因との短絡は頭が悪い🤔 https://twitter.com/mk00350/status/1183306992904888320 …pic.twitter.com/KbzxeYoTbh

        通常時にはクリーンエネルギーを発電、災害時には氾濫緩衝機能として役立つ。昨今の左派的な人には受けられやすいコンセプトですね。無制限な無駄使いには反対。だけど必要となるものを単純なスローガンで施工停止した方々は反省の弁を述べてほしい。それをしないから支持率が上がらないんだけど。
