    Yesterday’s pics seem to have been taken when SABITI met up with Iran’s known spy ship SAVIZ, north of Bab Al-Mandeb strait. She spent 14 hours there. That square hole does not look like a blast. No burn marks. Looks more like a collision.

    ホンマ、韓国の政治は5年任期の大統領と4年任期の国会議員と、6年任期の大法官の人気のズレのお陰で政権毎に展開が大きく変わってくる。今回は絶妙なタイミングで国会議員選挙があるので、その勝敗で残り2年が全く変わってくる。

    結局、10月3日の曺国退陣要求デモ以降、与野党は相互に大規模デモを組織して、勢力を競い合ったけど、中間層はむしろ与党から離れてしまった、という事で良さそう。青瓦台は読み間違えましたね。4月の国会議員選挙での大勝負になりそう。

    この記事をして、「災害も自己責任にされた」という意見多いけど、「自助＝自己責任」じゃない。例えば、直下型地震や南海トラフ地震が起きた場合、どう防災投資しても被害出るし、ほとんどの地域で公助はすぐ来ない。そうなると防災意識を高める他無い　

    この記事、批判が多いけど「行政に頼れない」ってのはまさにその通りで、こうも同時多発的に災害が発生した場合、いくら防災投資しても限界あるので、自助も強化せんとアカンよ　→　　「もう堤防には頼れない」　国頼みの防災から転換を：日本経済新聞

    What’s so clear is that Trump has no idea what’s he talking about and doesn’t care enough to learn - and that is the scariest part of all of this.

    Do you remember two years ago when Iraq was going to fight the Kurds in a different part of Syria. Many people wanted us to fight with the Kurds against Iraq, who we just fought for. I said no, and the Kurds left the fight, twice. Now the same thing is happening with Turkey......

    クルド人勢力はアサド政権とロシアと合意を結んだということで、今後はトルコとシリアという構図になるかもしれないが、ロシアはトルコ、イランとアスタナプロセスをやっており、トルコと直接対立するつもりはないとも思える。今後の展開がどうなるか、ちょっと読みにくい。
