      というよりも台東区は番地まで指定して避難勧告を出していたんですが？？ 全域じゃないですよ？ 避難区域を絞り、その区域内の人達が収まる避難所を設置したのです。 そこに区域外の人がホームレスに限らず押し寄せたらどうなりますか？？ 本来必要な人が犠牲になる可能性がおるんですよ？

      路上生活者は避難所の対象外とするルールが、公務を担う行政判断として妥当なのかという問題だと私は思います。

      負担を分任していないのに権利だけは主張するとか恥知らずも良いところですね。 これはホームレスに限らず、住居を構えている人達も同じです。 権利を主張する前に義務を果たすのは人として当たり前ですね。 弱者だから特別扱いしろというのも、義務を果たしている人からすれば不公平です。
