  書きたい人なんかそれこそオークションできるほどいると思いますよ。これほど劇的な事態になった以上。問題はそれを「売れる」と判断して、ライターに「相応の対価」を支払い、バンバン売ろうと宣伝費を掛ける「出版社」が存在しない事でしょう。そして出しても読者がブックオフで済ます事でしょう。

  総雨量と貯水量の視座で考察すれば、八ッ場ダムの貢献度は微々たるものですそれよりも、荒川や利根川とその支流を含めた上流域での氾濫が、図らずも広域で広大な貯水槽となり、東京のゼロメートル地帯を救ったと考えるべきではないでしょうかホッとした都民も、上流の被災地に心を馳せましょうよ
