    Reportedly, |n Arab Army passed into , Tabqa & moving towards Ayn Issa. On this note: the risk of clash btw & Syr forces remains, although neither Ankara, nor Damascus & Moscow are interested in military clash. We should expect increasing diplo efforts

    In the very end reiterated a lot of times - "|n territorial integrity must be restored." It means must leave Syria anyways. It creates a risk for additional Rus-Turk frictions & creates a path for a diplo talks btw Damascus and Ankara.

    At the same time it is hard to believe goes "all in" in NE without US blessing OR at least some sort of deal. In such situation -US talks on Syria are quite realistic as Trump needs to safe face in such situation. security guarantees unite both.
