    4/ I just passed SDF checkpoint in northern Syria. Due to escape of ISIS prisoners today, there are new rules at checkpoints: Every vehicle must be stopped & if necessary searched. Each passenger must show ID. Kurds here very worried that ISIS might go on local killing spree.
