    Assad regime and Russia are the biggest beneficiaries of this Turkish operation. They are going now to retake , and perhaps even and wide territories without shooting a singel bullet. This is the worse fate for the people of these cities!

    Coalition contact confirms SDF have made a deal with the Syrian government. The last few days have been brutal. Mazloum met with the Russians. It is unclear at this stage whether it's just for Manbij and Kobane or a much-wider deal.

    A mixed military/civilians/journalists convoy was hit by a Turkish airstrike while it was heading towards Ras al-Ain in NE . Kurdish Red cross says 72 injured and 11 killed including ANHA journalist Saad Ahmad.

    Horrific images coming out of NE Syria this morning, after Turkish air strikes targeted a civilian convoy. 40+ reported casualties, many charred and dismembered. Unclear how many of those are dead. Two French journos said to be among the victims. Trump? “Let them” fight.

    .....The Kurds and Turkey have been fighting for many years. Turkey considers the PKK the worst terrorists of all. Others may want to come in and fight for one side or the other. Let them! We are monitoring the situation closely. Endless Wars!

    To prevent a looming Turkish-led offensive on Manbij, the SDF has agreed to surrender the town to the Assad regime. Kobanî, which survived months of ISIS siege, previously home to 2 US bases, will be handed over as well. This is according to both regime and pro-SDF media.

    Apparently there is some kind of an agreement between the & regime to hand over territories after the Americans abandoned them. Pro-Assad media are promoting that SAA will enter SDF-held areas. In addition Assad militias are regrouping in S to enter AlMansoura.

    A video was filmed earlier today from Ain Issa camp northern Raqqa. Voice says: 13-10 on 12pm Ain Issa camp is burning after riot caused by ISIS foreigners. 800 ISIS families managed to escape the camp today.

    It is still unclear who let ISIS families escape. Both sides are denying their control of the town and camp of Ain Issa and blaming each other. I was told before that both town & camp are empty of any military groups and the camp is now unguarded.

    I'm told that the Turkish-backed forces haven't reached Ain Issa yet & the camp wasn't bombed by Turkish air raids at all. The withdrew all forces from the town including the guards of the camp which allowed ISIS families to escape. Waiting for more info about this incident. …

    Turkish-backed forces are preparing to attack Manbij, as the US is signaling it is leaving quickly. Thousands of fighters from Idlib have been recruited into the ranks of the assaulting forces against the SDF. A US ally, now forced to surrender to the regime.
