        確かに「もし通っていたとしても今回の台風には間に合ってない」などの意見はあるでしょう。しかし防災のために必要な公共事業が削られたという事実は忘れるべきではありません。

        ちなみに「スーパー堤防は無意味だ！」みたいな意見が来てますが、今まさに江戸川などで起きてるのも「一ヶ所氾濫すれば全て浸水する」という問題でしょう。年月や費用が掛かる、だから都市計画の一環として徐々にやるのです。当然ながらゼロ百の問題ではなくて、川の付近だけでも始めれば効果は出る。

        それらを踏まえた上で、それでも「必要なのか」という議論は構いませんが、どちらにせよ「スーパー無駄遣い！」なんて茶化す話でもない。まして「スーパー堤防は堤防を高くするのとは違うぞ！勘違いだ！」などと変なクソリプを送って来る方は、どこにも書いてない妄想の文章と格闘されているのでは。
