Onboarding Wizard does not dynamically update channel profile information
Summary
Onboarding wizard opens on channel profile page, wizard updates channel profile information but it does not update page without refresh.
Steps to reproduce
- Register a new channel.
- In the profile update step of the onboarding wizard update avatar and display name
- Information of Channel Profile will not be updated
- Refresh page information will be updated

What is the current bug behavior?
Channel is not updated when onboarding wizard completes without page reset.
What is the expected correct behavior?
- Channel Avatar is updated
- Channel Profile button with avatar image in middle top of of screen is also updated
- Display Name is updated
- Channel Description is updated
