Burton - multi-story building

This spaceship part is located on the rooftop of a large condominium building. The case will be in the middle of an empty pool that can be accessed via landing an aircraft on the roof:

• easy difficulty - helicopter
• medium difficulty - plane (such as the P-996 LAZER jet)

or:

• easy difficulty - with a main parachute (and optionally also a reserve parachute while you are playing as Trevor), go to the Mile High Club construction site and go under the building. Near the center under the building climb up the very tall yellow crane. Once at the very top of the crane (above where Letter Scrap 14 is found), jump off and pull the parachute immediately; once you parachute onto the building and get the part, there are four ways of getting down, and they are parachuting down, using Trevor's special ability, switching characters, and death by fall damage. To parachute down you should know beforehand if the reserve parachute is actually kept after the main one is used, for this isn't always the case. To use Trevor's special ability to get down, activate his special ability then use an explosive to blow him off of the building, and so long as the ability is activated Trevor won't take fall damage.
• extreme difficulty - motorcycle (such as the Bati 801 plus Franklin's special ability) at high speeds while doing a wheelie to jump off of the hood of a car to land on the roof
