Some users are reporting that wires have been suddenly sent to users:

@benhayward.ben It appears that these were simply intended payments that were backed up and freed from the queue. Can you confirm?

I can also. The queue had gotten backed up, and the payments sent are recurring. Anybody with any examples where there is no recurring payments please feel free to let me know.
