        アメリカの古いシステム、ペトロdollar制度を終了させる為に米国債の債務不履行をトランプ政権が強制する動きをわざとしています。いわゆるFRBなどの民間中央銀行を解体する動きです。よって国民にはプラス、既存の古い体制は崩壊に導かれます。恐らく表現が悪いのかもしれません。
