ソラナックス6錠を13年間服用し1年8カ月かけて減薬して断薬しました。しかし急減薬の為現在もまだ離脱症状で苦しい。断薬から1年間寝たきりでした。離脱で過敏、神経症的で辛い。慎重に減薬すれば良かったと後悔😭 #神経症 #対人恐怖 #ベンゾ 回復に向けて今日という一日を生きるのを目標。音楽自然好き。ヒップホップダンサー

        普通に合法なので売ってますよ〜🙂ただ精神科医からすすめるのはおそらく岡山県のだけじゃないかと🙄
