    Day two of starts with the eternal issue of Turkey and the EU. The entire process is in deep freeze, and Brussels has even decided to stop all political dialogue, which is rather shortsighted. We need to talk with everyone.

    Every Turkish diplomat worth their salt will say that both historically and now Russia is fundamentally adversarial to key Turkish interests in the region. Hard to see how that alliance could last in any substantial way
