We The Females (Twitter @wethefemalescan )( www.wethefemales.com ) is a growing group of Canadian women from all walks of life who are deeply worried about the loss of female rights and the medicalization of children resulting from Bill C-16.

This legislation puts children at risk and sacrifices the rights of females by allowing “self-identification” of gender, which gives any male the right to declare himself a woman and to access women’s protected spaces. No physical changes are required!

We affirm the rights of transgender people to be treated with dignity, and to thrive in society.

However, there is currently no way for women and girls to distinguish between sincere transgender people who want to live peaceful lives, and males who would abuse the right to enter females spaces and sports.
This leaves females of all ages in a vulnerable state.

When the government allowed self-identification of gender, it gave away the rights of females, and paved the way to the fast destruction of our privacy, safety, language, sports, statistics, and even our consent.

Something is wrong in our society. Canada has a messy human rights conflict that needs to be amended immediately. If we could hold respectful discussions, we could resolve this dilemma.

Article 2 of our Charter of Rights includes the fundamental freedoms of conscience, thought, opinion and peaceful assemblies. These rights are now threatened by activists who use abusive intimidation tactics to shut down peaceful gatherings.

People are afraid to say what they really think in public, but when you talk to them one-on-one, they think the current situation is crazy.

Activists have trained us to think that anyone who questions gender ideology is transphobic and a bigot, but that is neither true nor fair. Disagreement is not bigotry. Standing up for your own safety is not bigotry.

The activists will only stop their bullying when we confront their hypocrisy with our truth and our numbers. We simply must say what we really think to as many people as we can.

We The Females is a political action site, a place to gather as we coordinate efforts across the country. We are not affiliated with any political or religious organizations.

Our message is simple and clear: Rewrite Bill C-16 so that it prioritizes the rights of women and children.

It annoys me that the most obvious trend in sex offences data is contested and minimised time and time again.
So here's some facts from govt data on sex offences and CSEW (2017):

Over 11k women out of 25k women surveys were sexually assaulted or raped in the last year
Out of 25k men surveyed, 0.8% had been sexually assaulted and 0.3% had been raped in the last year
Yet for all of these thousands of sexual offences - 99% of the offenders were male
The govt stats estimate that around 3.5m women have been sexually assaulted or raped since 16 years old in the UK - versus around 700,000 men. That makes women and girls 5 times more likely than men and boys.
In 2017, there were 26.5k reports of female rape versus 1625 reports of male rape in the same year.
Females committed 1% of the sexual offences entitled ‘rape or assault by penetration’ on female victims and 0% of those offences on male victims.

Males committed 99% of the offences of rape and assault by penetration in 2017.

I just don’t know how much longer people can keep shouting that this is happening to men and boys at the same rates as women and girls
I’m so sick of hearing people say ‘well, what about all the offences committed by women?’

Yeah sure bro. Let’s focus all our attention on the 1% of offences and ignore the massive looming issue of the 99% of offences because its men and we don’t like saying its men
Like we get it. Women can abuse. Women can sexually offend. Women can abuse kids. We get it. It’s real.

But it’s nowhere near as prevalent as male offending, which is literally harming tens of thousands of lives of women and girls every year.
This is a massive social issue. Millions of women and girls are being raped and abused worldwide.

In most countries in the world, the offending stats are the same - 97-99% of them are male.

I mean come on. This is one of the most solid crime trends we have.
Even those who are working to support male victims of rape and abuse know that the majority of their abusers are male. Its men who are most likely to abuse other men and boys. Not women.
We have to get past this PC bollocks about not wanting to name males as the majority offenders of sex offending. Everyone in this field knows who the majority offenders are and who the majority victims are. This minimising and obscuring of the truth has to end
How come everyone is so outraged by sexual offences but not quite outraged enough to name the problem?

Female people - yes all female people of all identities and pronouns and expressions and beyond- are not trauma fodder for anyone's fucking validation.

Lesbian female people with genital-based BOUNDARIES are not a ground for anyone to bargain or negotiate those boundaries. Dick be damned.

Gender nonconforming female people are not fodder for anyone to argue that they are somehow NOT female people. Gender theory be damned.

Cis women are not fodder for anyone to compete needlessly with while blaming us for violence we don't commit when faced with us not reflecting the actions and or speaking the words people prefer due to their own comfort. Comfort be damned.

No demographic of female person is fodder to support anyone's ill conceived arguments when they dislike the tone or opinion they hold.

Female people who refuse to be wrangled and cornered and bullied into one's self perception are not fodder for their violence.

Female people and their trauma are not fodder to be used, pawned, and controlled for one's own personal gain.

And arguments condoning the use of female trauma and female people as a means to an end are losing their edge. It's never been our responsibility to make anyone comfortable or to control anyone's feelings.

Manage your own fucking feelings. Control your own comfort. It was never our fucking responsibility.
