    ISIS committed crimes in Syria, esp against Kurds. So Syria Kurds have all the right in world to locally prosecute these foreign ISIS members. Local courts, local judges, prosecutors, lawyers. Let EU pay for trials +prisons. *note to EU: Syria Kurds DON'T have death penalty.

    It's good to prosecute ISIS fighters in Iraq, but it should be noted most Dutch ISIS fighters and women are held by the SDF in Syria. So this needs a solution within Syria with the SDF, not just in Iraq.
