When updating using the standard user installer,

For WinActor installed by the installer for administrator users,
If you perform an overwrite update with the v5.2.1 or v5.3.0 standard user installer, the registered product license will be invalidated.
* Evaluation version or license expired.

 

[Requests to customers]
Before updating, WinActor you are currently using
Installed by the administrator user installer,
Installed with the standard user installer,
Or check if it was expanded using the ZIP decompression version,
Please use the corresponding installer and update tool.

Also, when this event occurs, rename the "reg.ini" file under the WinActor folder to another name and try restarting WinActor.
Please delete the renamed "reg.ini" file after confirming the improvement of the phenomenon.
