The trash has Styrofoam containers, something street or market vendors would use, but there are no noticeable brand fast food containers... just observations

The Gold, Red, Green of the umbrella on the bridge, I would say its somewhere in Africa (Ethiopia, Congo, Rwanda, Ghana, and region) This is a shot in the dark based on observation of video.
