対象行為】 債権の取立て 

規制内容】 訪問するのに不適当と認められる時間帯を午後9時から午前8時までの間と規定。 

罰 則】 2年以下の懲役若しくは300万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科。 

2　特定商取引に関する法律、同法律施行規則 

対象行為】 訪問販売 

規制内容】 迷惑を覚えさせるような仕方の具体例として、不適当な時間帯(例えば午後9時か ら午前8時まで等)に勧誘することと規定。 

罰 則】 6月以下の懲役若しくは100万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科。 
 

 2年と6ヶ月の懲役もあるけっこう厳しい法だった

とりあえず担当さんのやる気が見えます

これは本議会提出に成功するかも、期待！

議論　どうすれば財務省の力を削げるか

気にくわない個人や組織に国税を派遣し嫌がらせガサ入れする

まずこれを財務省から切り離し国税省に格上げする

財政制度等審議会を独立させ税率や課税対象を決めさせない

これだけで財務省は金庫番からただの経理課に転落する

ついでに厚労省も厚生省と労働省に戻した方がいい

今のままでは権力ありすぎる

次に解体した方がいいのが文科省

文化庁スポーツ庁はそれぞれ省に

教育政策局は独立させ考えさせない決めさせないようにする

あいトリに補助金出したのは文化庁

まともなイベントと文化庁に報告したのは大村知事

事後に補助金不交付が決定し、知事が慌てまくって言い訳が二転三転

「俺もだまされた」だの「開始後運び込まれた」だの

総責任者がイベントをコントロールできなかった、ただの無能でしょ

国務院（内閣に相当）の報道弁公室は白書で、７０年前に政権の座について以降の成功は党の指導によるものだとした。中国は規模が大きく国内の状況は複雑だが、統治の問題はほとんどみられないとし、「統一された強固な指導力がなければ、中国は分裂・解体し世界に損害をもたらす」との見解を示した。 

「中国は自国の発展モデルを『輸出』することは目指さず、他国のモデルを『輸入』することも望まない。『覇権』ではなく、平和のみを求める」と指摘した。 

また、中国人には「他国に侵攻し世界を支配するような遺伝子はない。近代では中国は列強からのいじめに苦しみ、戦争や混乱による苦難を深く心に刻んだ。過去に受けた苦難を他の民族に押しつけることはない」と表明した。 

白書は、中国は中核的利益を「トレード」することは決してせず、安全保障や主権の侵害で譲歩しないと強調した。

中央日報が23～24日、全国の成人1000人を対象に実施した世論調査の結果、文大統領が「国政運営をうまくやっている」という回答は37.9％であった。文大統領就任後の世論調査で40％の下で支持率が落ちたのは初めてだ。 この調査が実施された時点では、検察が23日、祖国法務部長官の自宅押収捜索に入った直後であった。 この調査では「国政運営を間違っている」は、否定評価は52.1％で肯定的評価よりも14.2％ポイント高かった。
