Been unable to get any way to reproduce this, moving to unable to replicate for now.

This is just a guess, because i find it happening to me under various circumstances.

I see the user tried to inset an object (some sort of media?) in his comment.

When this happens to me, and I leave a space using the space bar anyplace in the comment body, the post fires of as expected.
