    Khangoshvili acted as a talent spotter/vetting agent for the Georgian Interior Ministry. According to his handler, he recruited Chechens from Pankisi who had already been recruited by the FSB -- they then became double agents.

    British tanker leaves Iran after 10-week detention. The ship was seized by Iran in a tit-for-tat escalation with Britain after UK impounded an Iranian tanker at Gibraltar on America's bidding. Both ships have now been released in a climb down.
