forだと夫がto以下をすることは間違いだの意で、夫が間違っているではなく〜することが間違いと言っています。ただ、後者でも夫が間違っているという認識がほぼ自動的に導出されるのではないかという疑問も。

It is wrong for a husband to give up his domestic routine. という文章はofが文意から不可になる好例。ofだとa husband is wrongの意となり、任意の夫が間違っているという意味不明な文に。具体的人物が特定されていなければofは使えないと考えられます。

It is A of S to...は「to以下をするなんてSはAだ」とSがAであるのに対し、It is A for S to...だと「Sがto以下をするのはAだ」という意味になってSがAだと自動的にはならない。ここ曖昧なままだった。

もういい加減、どこかで別の仕事をしたら（裁量労働制の筈なのに）全部申請する、とか、出張したら飛行機の半券提出するとか、大昔の遺産みたいな事務処理止めようよ。国内だけならまだしも、大半の海外の機関にとってはほぼ意味不明だよ。
