We need docs explaining how on chain transactions work and the steps to set up a dev env or sandbox for testing on chain transactions e.g. boosts

DeveloperI got as far as setting up Metamask + getting some tokens on Rinkeby test net.
Trying to buy some tokens on the test net to add to my on chain wallet fails with a contract error.
