    Al-Suri was linked to many sleeper cells. He was responsible to get materials for IEDs & went to meetings to discuss plans for future attacks. Removal of Al-Suri prevents further activity in NE . thanks local residents for their support & cooperation.

    On Mon night, carried out an operation in Saffat az Zir to detain Abu Umar al-Suri, a Arming & Transportation Emir for sleeper cells in NE . Al-Suri was shot & killed when he was an immediate threat to SDF with a grenade & did not respond to calls to surrender.
